Fine Dining. We recently welcomed a lesbian dining club to Bambú - they stayed last summer for 7 nights.  They enjoyed some meals out together (we advised on good local restaurants), had a couple of communal meals and barbecues, and the other nights, group members did their own thing.  Bambu’s self-catering suites worked perfectly for such an arrangement and our lovely terraces and bar are great for socialising.  So if you run or are a member of a lesbian dining group or lesbian social group, then why not consider Bambu for a truly memorable and special group holiday.

Walk on the Wild Side. Bambu is situated in fabulous walking country so is perfect for lesbian walking groups.  Walk on the Wild Side in April 2011 and 2912 were both a great success - a multinational group of women exploring our corner of Andalucia on foot.  Walk on the Wild Side will become a regular feature of our Spring and Autumn calendar - please ask for further details if you are interested in participating in November 2012.  It is very picturesque around here – stunning mountain scenery and lovely country tracks.  The views from Bambú are dominated by the Sierra Tejeda and in particular the peak of La Maroma which stands at a little over 2,000m, higher than any mountain in Britain.  A variety of different and beautiful walks can be taken directly from Bambu’s front gate, or guests can drive to one of many designated country walks in the Axarquia.  And for those into less strenuous walking, one can walk for miles along the coast in both directions, without having to tackle any hills!
