Towels and bedlinen are of course provided. Suites are cleaned before and after
your stay - in between times you have the privacy and freedom to enjoy your self-catering
suite as your ‘home from home’.
A small welcome pack of drinks is provided for all guests upon arrival. Further provisions
can be bought from the mini-markets of nearby village Benamocarra or from one of
several large supermarkets in Velez-Malaga, just 10 minutes drive away. You may prefer
to self-cater throughout your holiday or alternatively you can enjoy the many excellent
restaurants in the nearby coastal towns and local villages.
The apartments are all on the ground floor, except for Maroma, which is accessed via an outside staircase. Maroma also has its own large private terrace, providing complete seclusion – and for this reason is the ideal romantic hideaway!
Bambú‘s suites are each named after one of Axarquia’s lovely Moorish pueblos blancos, except for Maroma, which is named after the magnificent mountain which dominates the view from Bambú and is the backdrop to the whole of the Axarquia.
