Bambú lesbian hotel has seven self-catering double and twin studios modelled from
a typically Andalucian converted farmhouse. The studios share extensive terraces,
plenty of quiet shady corners and a lovely pool. Bambú is the perfect setting for
making new life-long friends from all over the world - but equally it is large enough
for you to enjoy complete privacy. Indeed there are several separate outdoor ‘rooms’
and one of our suites has its own completely private and unusually large terrace
– perfect for honeymooners! For a lesbian hotel Spain, Bambu is the perfect choice.
Bambú is also excellently positioned to explore this beautiful mountainous part of
rural Andalucia, an area known as the Axarquia. Just 10 minutes to the nearest of
several lovely and lively coastal towns, 10 minutes to the Moorish city of Velez-Malaga
and amidst countryside which is home to many of the quaint white villages for which
Andalucia is famed. There are a wide choice of beaches nearby: the large sandy beaches
of Torre del Mar and Rincon de la Victoria, the pretty coves of Nerja, the quiet
undeveloped beaches of Benajarafe and Almayate and the lovely coves of El Palo to
where the Malagueňos escape the city. Indeed sassy and sophisticated Malaga City,
the birthplace of Picasso and contender to be European City of Culture in 2016 is
approximately a half hour drive away. This truly is the real Spain, the real Andalucia,
a fascinating cultural holiday destination, and a million miles from the tourist
ghetto that is the Costa del Sol.
For guests who like to get out and about and do a bit of sightseeing, we do recommend
you hire a car if you can. However if you prefer not to or don’t drive, we offer
an airport pick-up service and public transport can be used for exploring the area.
Indeed, especially in the summer, it is absolutely lovely spending one’s entire
holiday at Bambú with just the occasional shopping trip or evening out in Benamocarra.
Mountain bikes can also be hired for getting around. Indeed the cycle ride to the
coast is fairly easy – the cycle ride inland somewhat more arduous! Bambú lesbian

We also provide at Bambú a range of activities and diversions such as The Passion Test (an excellent life coaching workshop), Reiki, Massages, Spanish classes, flamenco dancing lessons and much more. All of these services are provided by women who live and work in the vicinity who enjoy coming to Bambú to help enhance your holiday experience. A local stables will take you on a trek of the local countryside or alternatively give lessons in riding skills for both inexperienced and experienced riders.
